Tell us about your family (human and/or fur family):
I’ve been married to my husband for five years. He is a natural resource steward for Missouri Sate parks. We have a 4 year old boy and a 2 year old girl. They are both very smart and feisty!!
How long have you been a teacher/worked in education?

This is my second year at LRHS.
What is your favorite thing about working for LR?
My coworkers...and the students are pretty awesome as well:)
How did you know you wanted to be a teacher?
I was born telling people what to do...I mean teaching:)
What's the greatest misconception about teachers?
That we get the summers off!
If you had to choose a different grade/subject to teach, what would it be?
After teaching 5th -8th grade and at the college level, I can say that I really enjoy being able to help juniors and seniors get excited about their academic endeavors.

What's the weirdest job you've ever had?
Stay-at-home Mama of 2 under 2. Hardest job ever!
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
To take more time for myself.
What do you like to do when you're not at school?
Explore, yoga, sleep in and snuggle with my kids.
Anything else you would like people to know about you?
I’m actually a mermaid!
