It's Wildcat Wednesday! Every Wednesday, we will spotlight a member of the LR Wildcat family.
This week we are introducing you to Anna Schneider!
-----------------------------
Job Title:
Third Grade Teacher
Tell us about your family (human and/or fur family):
I have two sisters, who I consider to be my best friends! My older sister, Sarah, recently got married and works as a nurse at the Martin Center in Springfield. My younger sister, Emma, is studying Publishing at Belmont University in Nashville, TN. I rescued my dog, Boomer, this past September. He is a 2 year old Border Collie Mix. He has a lot of spunk and definitely lives up to his name!
How long have you worked for LR?
I have worked for LR for 3 years.
What is your favorite thing about working for LR?
My favorite thing about working for LR is the community and my work family. You can tell the love and passion they have for their community by the continuous volunteer effort through the PTA and involvement in the schools. They always go above and beyond in supporting its teachers and students, both inside and outside of the classroom. I can always count on my work family for anything I need, especially a good laugh!
What would you do (for a career) if you weren’t doing this?
If I wasn't a teacher, then I would love to flip houses like Joanna and Chip Gaines!
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
I've always had an appreciation for people who could play the acoustic guitar, so I think that would be a pretty cool talent to have!
What do you like to do when you're not at school?
I love spending time with my family and friends, specifically at our cabin. I also love to read books or work on DIY projects at home!
Thanks for being a Wildcat, Anna!
