Tell us about your family (human and/or fur family):
Married to Brenton Hyde. Two wonderful children, Nathan and Natalie. Nathan is 11 years old and a 5th grader at Sparta Middle School. He loves to play basketball, baseball, football, hunt, fish and anything else outdoors. Natalie is 4 years old and will start pre-school next school year. Natalie loves to shop, get pedicures, have her make-up done and she wants a unicorn (real one) for her birthday!

How long have you been a teacher/worked in education?
This is my 11th year of teaching.

How long have you worked for LR?
First year at LR.

Why did you choose to work for LR?
I have always heard that LR was an awesome place to work and go to school...and I agree!

What is your favorite thing about working for LR?
I can not just name one thing...it is one big family that is full of pride for the school and community. I have support from my team, principal and others in the building.

What would you do (for a career) if you weren’t doing this?
Professional Shopper...if that is a job?! Event Planner if behind that.

What do you like to do when you're not at school?
Hang out with the family. Most of the time it involves a game or practice of one of my kids!
