The Board of Education of the Logan-Rogersville R VIII School District is accepting quotes to supply L.P Gas for the 2026-2027 school year. District usage has an average annual of approximately 11,000 gallons per year. The term of any future agreement with Logan-Rogersville Schools shall be for the term of one year. The price quotations stated in the proposal will not be subject to any price increase during the first year. However, upon mutual agreement, Logan-Rogersville Schools may agree to extend the agreement for up to three (3) years in total on an annual basis.

Please state your price per gallon, charge for service calls, and indicate any other services you provide. 

Quotes are due in the office of the Assistant Superintendent of Schools no later than 12:00 PM, August 18, 2026. Quotes can be faxed to (417)753-3063, attention Jason Duey, or emailed to ssteward@logrogstudents.net. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes.
