You can quickly find information about your coverage and request additional medical insurance cards by logging into your account at www.coxhealthplans.com. You can also contact CoxHealth Member Services at 417-269-2900.

Changes can be made during open enrollment each year, with a July 1 effective date. You may only change your benefit elections outside of open enrollment if you experience a qualifying event, such as: marriage, divorce, legal separation, birth/adoption of a child, loss or gain of other coverage by employee or dependent, or change in eligibility for Medicare or Medicaid. All changes must by made within 31 days of the qualifying event, and may require proof of the event. Please notify Tracey Hurd, thurd@logrogstudents.net, as soon as you are aware of a qualifying change.

Children are eligible dependents until the age of 26, unless there is a documented disability.

Our annual medical deductibles with CoxHealth Plans run from January 1 through December 31. Even if you change plans on July 1, any amount you've already paid towards your deductible since January 1 will carry over to your new new plan and continue counting towards your deductible until December 31.

We encourage you to call CoxHealth Member Services at 417-269-2900 as the first line of support for questions on claims. They can see your claim history, deductible information, and information about how the claim was processed.
