The Logan-Rogersville School District provides a board-paid life insurance policy for full-time employees and also offers additional life insurance options for employees and their families. The district provides all full-time employees (working 30 or more hours per week) age 64 and under with a $25,000 life insurance policy from Kansas City Life at an annual premium of $40.56 per employee. Full-time employees between ages 65-69 are provided with a $16,250 life insurance policy at an annual premium of $26.40. Full-time employees between ages 70-74 are provided with a $11,250 life insurance policy at an annual premium of $18.24. Full-time employees between ages 75-79 are provided with a $7,500 life insurance policy at an annual premium of $12.24. Full-time employees ages 80+ are provided with a $5,000 life insurance policy at an annual premium of $8.16.

Employees have the opportunity to enroll in voluntary life insurance. If you choose to enroll in employee coverage, this will be in addition to Logan-Rogersville School District provided Basic Life coverage. Coverage is also available for your spouse and/or child dependents. It is required that you elect coverage for yourself in order to be eligible for coverage on your dependents.
