- Improve traffic circulation at the High School and Middle School
- Upgrade paving and parking lots
Why it matters: Enhances safety and efficiency for students, staff, and visitors.
Building Systems & Infrastructure
- Replace HVAC units district-wide
- Re-roof district buildings to maintain warranties
Why it matters: Maintains building integrity, improves comfort, and prevents costly repairs. Improved energy efficiency will provide operational cost savings to the district.
Outdoor & Student Spaces
- Upgrade Upper Elementary playground and walking track
Why it matters: Supports student wellness, physical activity, and safe outdoor learning, while also providing an improved space for the community to enjoy outside of school hours.
Operations & Support Facilities
- Build a new district maintenance receiving and storage facility
Why it matters: Provides centralized storage and workspace to support district operations. A modernized space will enable bulk ordering and cost savings.
