It's Wildcat Wednesday! Every Wednesday, we will spotlight a member of the LR Wildcat family.

This week we are introducing you to DeLayne Humble, an LR grad and long-time employee in her 36th year at LR!

DeLayne started driving a bus for Logan-Rogersville during the 1978 school year. She has four grown children, who all graduated from LR - Randy, Robyn, Tracy, and Danny. Robyn and Tracy, along with Tracy's wife Kelly, all work for LR as well! Dr. Danny Humble and his wife Jeanna (also an LR grad) are also both in education, as the Superintendent of Galena Schools and a teacher at Ozark, respectively. She has 10 grandchildren (Tara, Melissa, Megan, Karley, Wyatt, Weston, Nora, Kenna, Macy, and Emma) and two great-grandchildren (Blayze and Blakely).

Bus Driver, Bus Aide (she was also involved with PTA and Booster Club for many years!)

What is your favorite thing about working for LR?
Watching all ages being eager to go to school and learn new things.

What is something about you that might surprise people?
This is a job that I really enjoy, even the party days!

What would you do (for a career) if you weren't doing this?
My career has been very fulfilling and enjoyable - there is always time to try something new.

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
I would try anything that would be reasonable - feet on the ground.

What do you like to do when you're not at school?
Being at home and enjoying my family. They all live close, so they come visiting often.
